Step 1. Use the worksheets, web forms, transcripts and word quiz for this week to learn and understand the meaning of all the words and phrases which are new to you.

Step 2. Listen to the conversation in each video, and repeat until you fully understand the conversation without reading the subtitles or the transcript provided.

Step 3. Practice speaking by reading out aloud words and phrases, and start mixing words and phrases to apply what you have learned to let you convey your thoughts and ideas in your daily situations. Repeat reviewing the videos, the word quiz and practice making sentences using the worksheets to accumulate your own vocabulary, until you have mastered every words and phrases for the week and be able to apply them
