Dash English was co-founded by Bill Tam, Tragg Pinkham, Lauren Simone and Tuyet Nguyen. Dash English is about helping learners learn faster, easier with impact and results. By helping our learners focus on mastering the Core English language in speaking and writing, Dash English can help you build up your ability and confidence to speak fluently and write correctly in just a few months.

Tragg was born and raised in America, and received both undergraduate and graduate-level degrees from two different universities in America. Tragg has a Bachelor’s of Art in Business Administration and Speech/Communication; and a Master’s Degree with an emphasis in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (aka: Teaching EFL).

Lauren is an English teacher. Lauren was born and raised in Canada and received a Bachelor’s degree in English and French from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, and a diploma in Applied Linguistics specializing in teaching English as a Second Language from the University of Victoria. British Columbia, Canada...Lauren has taught in many countries: Japan, Thailand, Mexico, China, and Cambodia in Asia, and in Mexico and in Vancouver. Lauren has taught all levels and nationalities and currently prefers teaching children and teens. Lauren’s interests are reading, writing, philosophy, religions, zumba dance, and studying cultures and psychology. Lauren speaks 4 languages and some basic Vietnamese.

Tuyet was formerly an English Teaching Assistant at Horizon Bilingual International School, and worked as an English interpreter and translator for various companies. Tuyet was born and raised in Vietnam and has received an undergraduate-level degree from Hanoi University of Agriculture.

Bill was born in Hong Kong, educated in Canada and received both undergraduate and graduate-level degrees from York university in Toronto Canada. Bill has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He was a Certified Public Accountant qualified in the United Kingdom. Bill has a strong interest in Languages, IT Education and the development of Learning Systems.
